Eligible applicants include state governments, public and state institutions of higher education, special district governments, private institutions of higher education, nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status, small businesses, county governments, federally recognized Indian tribal governments, other Native American tribal organizations, city or township governments, for-profit organizations, independent school districts, and nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status.

This grant is for a wide range of organizations, including state and local governments, public and private universities, nonprofits, small businesses, and tribal organizations, that are interested in conducting clinical trials on alcohol use disorder treatment and recovery.

• Ineligible organization type
