Eligible applicants include nonprofits with 501(c)(3) status, private institutions of higher education, and public and state institutions of higher education. These entities must be capable of implementing virtual exchange programs that connect young leaders in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with peers in the United States.

These organizations should have the capacity to implement virtual exchange programs that connect young leaders in the MENA region with peers in the U.S.

Likely Disqualifiers

• Lack of 501(c)(3) status for nonprofits
• Inability to demonstrate organizational capacity for both program options
• Inability to work in the MENA region and the U.S.
• Failure to deliver both online and hybrid program elements
• Incomplete or unclear Executive Summary
